4-H Volunteers Say Thanks

Thanks

Latino 4-H volunteers from King County presented a special 4-H piñata to Pat BoyEs, state 4-H program director, to thank her for leadership and life skills training they received to prepare them to become effective camp counselors for a three-week camp in July. The volunteers posed for a picture with BoyEs and three other WSU faculty and staff members during a visit to the WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center. From the left, Kevin Wright, manager of the 4-H Youth Program; volunteers Erika Arellano; Erika's brother Mario; Rocio Nunez; Patricia Morales; Claudia Romero; BoyEs; Olga Fuste, director of the Salishan Learning Center; and James Kropf, interim director of the Puyallup Center. The Latino 4-H program is directed by Sonia Morales,
Cooperative Extension, King County.
