Ordering Printed Supplies
In support of ongoing efforts to streamline university operations, orders for Extension letterhead, envelopes, and business cards will be processed by University Publishing effective immediately. As the central publishing office for WSU, University Publishing produces stock goods for all departments. Our two offices have worked collaboratively to adapt the central online ordering system to incorporate the Extension logo and unique templates utilized by Extension personnel.
To place your order, visit http://www.publishing.wsu.edu/order-online/, and complete the appropriate form. Custom templates to support Extension ‘s logo and the various county locations are available in the drop down menu. Once you have completed the necessary information, click “view your proof online” at the bottom of the form to proof your information, and then click “Submit Form” to submit your order. Trouble free orders are generally ready in 5-7 working days and will be delivered via courier. Non-Pullman orders will be delivered via Extension Publishing and Printing. You may want to place your orders this month, as current pricing for letterhead and envelopes will increase July 1.
