Purchasing Rules and Regulations

Learn about the many different methods for making purchases at
WSU: K-orders, purchasing cards, department requisitions, blanket
purchase orders and interdepartmental requisitions. What are the
advantages of a particular method? What are the limitations? Patty
Gropp will discuss this as well as state laws affecting procurement,
commonly used forms, creating and routing of contracts. Adele will
explain purchasing services provided by WSU Extension, routing and she will provide tips for smooth and efficient processing.
